I had bulbous nose + hump correction without an implant, and once the swelling went down, it turned out okay lol

I originally had a bulbous nose and even a hump, so I thought, “If I get surgery, the change might be pretty big?” and I was quite worried at first. I had a consultation at D-Day, and Director Choo Sung-cheol recommended that since my bridge wasn’t completely flat, it could improve enough even without an implant. Honestly, before that, I had never even considered a no-implant approach, so I did wonder, “Is this right?” But he explained step by step why it was a good method, so I eventually understood lol Still, I didn’t decide right away and thought about it one more time. I did have thoughts like, “If I do it without an implant, won’t the change be minimal?” but they said it could improve enough, so in the end I went for it. On the day of surgery, I was really nervous and was also extremely worried about swelling and bruising. After it was over, it was better than I expected, but at that time, because of the swelling, I could barely see the line, so I felt a little anxious. But once the swelling went down and I looked at it, the result was better than I expected. The nostril wings that used to look spread out were tidied up, and the hump was naturally refined, so overall it became clean with a straight-to-slightly-curved profile. What I feel the most is that the bulbous look from the front has decreased lol Maybe because I did alar reduction + cartilage tying together, the effect seems definite. Before, if my nose was the first thing you noticed, now I’m most satisfied that my overall proportions look much more balanced. The side line doesn’t look obviously shaved down at the hump either, and it connects naturally as if my nose had always been like this, so it doesn’t feel burdensome lol Since it’s no-implant, not having a foreign-body sensation is honestly comfortable. And before, my nasal tip really wasn’t pretty, but now should I say it came out kind of naturally glamorous?? It has that kind of feeling, so overall I’m much more satisfied. The swelling also went down faster than I expected, and even at one month I thought it looked okay, but now that I look back, I think it was still a bit swollen then. At two months, the nasal tip became slimmer and the line became more defined, so my satisfaction went up even more. It still feels like there’s a little swelling left, so I’m just watching it a bit more lol
