Review of Lateral Canthoplasty and Lower Canthoplasty After Thinking About It for 10 Years

I’m someone who always struggled with my eyes looking small even after double-eyelid surgery, because my eyes were small, upturned, and narrow like cockle shells... My complex was so severe that I only stuck to side-profile photos because front-facing photos always made me look too fierce haha So as soon as I became an adult... I looked into eye surgery, but I heard that lateral canthoplasty would close back up and that the side effects could be serious, so I was too worried to even try it. Then, starting last year after I turned 30, I went through a really bad face slump, so I looked into all kinds of things, and in the end I thought, even if I regret it, let’s just try it, and I obsessively researched lateral canthoplasty. lol I went to consultations at about 10 places, and after going to a consultation at this clinic, I felt sure this was the place because of the doctor’s kindness and aesthetic sense. I canceled the other hospital appointment I had already made and immediately set a date for lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty haha Still, since I’m a scaredy-cat, I searched all over and read reviews carefully.. lol Now that a month has already passed since surgery, I’m angry at my past self from 10 years ago.. I should have done it sooner... I really like it so much Apparently, once the stitches are removed, it doesn’t really look obvious afterward (?) If I don’t say anything, no one knows..? lololol Even now, no one, including my female friends, has noticed; they just ask if I lost weight and say I got prettier hahaha And I listened to the doctor and opened them up a little more refreshingly, and all I can think is that I’m so glad I listened lololol I really think the doctor has an outstanding aesthetic sense The doctor was so busy that when I went for my one-month follow-up, I couldn’t tell them thank you, so I’m saying it through this review instead..
