My mom and older sister have double eyelids, but I had monolids and looked sleepy, which stressed me out so, so much, so I got double eyelid surgery about 3 months ago!! When I went for the consultation, both the staff and the doctor were kind, and during the consultation they clearly told me that I didn’t need any unnecessary procedures or cosmetic surgeries, so I think that made me trust them more and leave it to them. So I only had fat removal and incisional double eyelid surgery done, and now it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t it look really natural?! I’m not sure if it’s because the surgery was done well or because I’m the type who doesn’t swell much, but I didn’t have much swelling, and it went down really quickly, so I think from 2 weeks after surgery I was just going around without even wearing a hat! If anyone is considering double eyelid surgery, I recommend it!
