1st surgery: silicone only 2nd surgery: silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage 👉🏻 Because the tip was drooping, the previously unnoticed bulbous nose became apparent, along with a pinched-nose phenomenon 3rd surgery: silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage 👉🏻 The pinching improved, but issues remained: the high glabella area and the nostrils being visible from the front
After waiting a long time, I switched the silicone to Cogellko, lowered the height of the glabella area, kept using the septal cartilage as is, and had the nostril rims lowered.
Since it was not done through an open approach, there was none of the intense swelling or the misery of nasal packing, so it was really comfortable, and the swelling was not severe either.
The glabella area was lowered, the nostrils no longer show, and the result came out with such a natural feel that I’m very satisfied.
However, scar tissue formed inside my nose, so I’ve had one scar-tissue injection, and I think it will get better after a few more.
Other than that, the shape is exactly how I wanted it, and even though this was my fourth revision surgery, I’m also really happy that they didn’t harvest costal cartilage.
