I went in for a consultation about removal because the cartilage at the tip of my nose made it sharp and unnatural. I had heard they would check it by ultrasound, so I went, but because I do not have silicone, maybe they did not check it. Still, the consultation was detailed and I liked the surgical direction. The doctor definitely has a good aesthetic sense for noses and understood very well the shape I wanted. The problem is that I cannot see any before-and-after photos at all, so I have to go ahead with surgery relying only on the doctor's consultation, which is a big concern.
