I had uneven eyes and a lot of eyelid fat, so my eyes felt kind of covered? But after surgery, my eyes look much clearer and more defined. I used to have a hollow-looking impression, but with the upper canthoplasty, my eyes changed to a more open, refreshing shape, and the in-out double eyelid line settled well. There’s still some swelling left, so the line is a bit thick, but I think it’ll look more natural once the swelling goes down. Before surgery, my eyes were really small and I wanted to widen everything, so I had also considered lateral canthoplasty. But after getting upper canthoplasty and ptosis correction, my eyes actually look slightly upturned, like a cat-eye look, and they’re so pretty. I felt like I made the right choice not getting lateral canthoplasty. The doctor’s aesthetic sense is seriously good... They designed my eyes so they harmonize well with my whole face.
