After my first double eyelid surgery, my eyes did look more defined, but I was told a lot that my impression looked sharp, so I eventually had revision surgery. Rather than wanting my eye shape to change completely, I wanted my eyes to look more defined than now while giving a gentler impression I looked at several places, then had a consultation at Dress Plastic Surgery after a recommendation from an acquaintance who had even undergone a second revision eye surgery. Maybe because there were many people, the wait was on the longer side. The consultation wasn’t the especially kind and warm type; they just told me exactly what was needed without unnecessary talk, which I personally liked! I liked the line they marked for me, and when I said my concern was that I looked sharp, they also recommended posterior and lower canthoplasty, so I had revision surgery with natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, revision non-incisional ptosis correction, and dual canthoplasty. I’m originally the type who swells easily, so it was a bit hard at first, but when I managed it the way the clinic told me to, it settled faster than I expected. I kept doing cold/warm compresses and going for walks, and I also practiced opening my eyes whenever I had time. Now I like that the line is defined, but I’m most satisfied that my eye shape looks much gentler. My parents also said my eyes turned out really well this time and that the surgery was done well... lol I also had some asymmetry between my eyes, but now both sides are almost symmetrical, so I worry about it much less. It’s still been a little under a month, so I think it’ll look even more natural as more time passes. Overall, I’m satisfied.
