My double-eyelid surgery at VN turned out legendary haha Review~~

Surgery method: incisional double-eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty + upper epicanthoplasty Surgery timing: Just over 1 month post-op!! hahaha I really had ordinary monolid eyes, and I was often told my eyes were small. They also looked sleepy, so I was extremely stressed about it, then I got double-eyelid surgery at VN. Honestly, I spent almost years just researching online.. The reason was.. there are so many clinics that do double-eyelid surgery, and I scare easily I think my biggest worry was that if I rushed into surgery just anywhere, it might turn out badly. So I researched online for years and also went to several in-person consultations. It would have been better if I had found a clinic from the start where I felt, “This is the one!!” but that kind of certainty didn’t come easily. Whenever I liked the eye style, the surgical method wasn’t great.... and there were times when I liked the director but not the consultant, so I never really felt drawn to any place. If someone says, “The director is the one doing the surgery anyway, so why does the consultant matter??” this was really important to me Like they say, the director performs the surgery, but the consultant is also the person I communicate with the most. So I think it was even harder because I was choosing a place that didn’t pressure me, explained things properly, and didn’t play around with the surgical diagnosis….. sob So during my consultation at VN, I liked it much more because the consultant cut out unnecessary talk and told me things that would actually help me. Director Kim Tae-hoon also explained the most realistic method for my eyes, so it was easy to understand. Since my eyes themselves were small, making them look bigger was important, so I was diagnosed for surgery with canthoplasty as well. At first, I hesitated a bit when they said I needed an incision, but actually not only here, most clinics also recommended the incisional method. My eyes have a lot of fat and my skin is on the thicker side, so I thought incision would be best... I also decided because, at least here, the incisional scarring seemed minimal. After surgery, maybe because I had lived with monolids for 2n years and then suddenly had double eyelids... the feeling of the line folding?? felt really awkward. Since I also had ptosis correction, my eyes felt heavy too Still, at one week, when I got my stitches removed and received swelling care, it got much better. I wanted to change to a cat-like look, and the line settled as an in-out fold as I wanted, changing my impression, so I think I like it even more hahaha Because I did ptosis correction together, my eye-opening strength improved a lot too. Originally, when I opened my eyes wide, I’d get forehead wrinkles, but now that doesn’t happen anymore??? I debated a lot over whether to do ptosis correction too, but I think I’m glad I did it together while I was at it!!! My friends told me my double-eyelid surgery turned out really well... that I updated my legendary record. In case anyone is curious, the line was set at 9 mm, and I wasn’t sure if I could write the cost.. so if anyone is curious, feel free to ask and I’ll tell you haha My eyes were originally really small, so I’m honestly just grateful they got this much bigger~~~~ hahaha Now I’m going to slowly learn how to do makeup and get things like lash perms too, and fully enjoy having pretty eyes hahaha
