I got under-eye fat repositioning at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam that only does eyes (two-character name), and it got completely messed up lol They did what they called a revision, but while I was still not fully awake from anesthesia, they woke me up and it felt like they just slipped it in quickly. Even that was just putting it in, pushing it once to the side with their hand, and done As a result, now, years later I can’t even get a revision for under-eye fat repositioning That area is no longer even within the scope of fat repositioning, and because it’s not a visible line, they said they would have to open it with a lower blepharoplasty approach for the fat that has moved downward to even be visible. Right now it has formed a severe bulge a little below the tear trough Starting around 5 months after surgery it began to bulge, and whenever I take photos, that area looks severely swollen Because of the revision, I went around to more than 10 clinics for consultations, and whether it’s because the fat moved downward, this has become something that is no longer within the scope of fat repositioning From the very first surgery, they didn’t do anything that could be called repositioning and just threw away all the fat It became too hollow, so when I complained, they snapped back at me I said I asked them to reposition my own fat to make it flat, but if they cut out and throw away all my fat so it becomes deeply sunken, how is that repositioning? lol After that, they eventually did the revision But whether it was conjunctival fixation or no fixation, they just put fat in Looking at the result, it does feel like they did it as if to say, “See what happens,” And the result is a severe bulge under the tear trough lol Everyone, please be careful.. Now, years later, I found another hospital, and they said they’ll open it with a lower blepharoplasty approach, suction out the fat, fix it to the side, and try to make it as flat as possible I’m so stressed that I decided to get the revision and I’m going on Friday. When doing fat repositioning, transplanted fat from fat grafting is seriously tough to deal with Places that throw away all the fat under the name of fat repositioning and then do fat grafting are dangerous. Please be careful
