In 2014, my older sister’s friend’s tutor said she had double eyelid surgery here, so I went and got it done too. There were several doctors, and I had the surgery done by an older doctor whose surname was Kim, I think? I don’t like the epicanthoplasty because it was cut in a rounded way, and because fat was removed from above my eyes, after I got older the fat above my eyes became sunken, my double eyelids loosened, and I ended up needing to have fat filled in.. The double eyelid line also became a bit like a sausage line, and I’m not very satisfied.. Since then, I’ve been extremely careful when looking into hospitals for revision surgery, and the epicanthoplasty is a lifelong regret. I can’t restore it and cut it again, so I’m just going to live with it.
