The consultation manager had a sarcastic tone that felt like it was almost crossing the line, so I didn’t really like that, but the important thing is the doctor who performs the surgery, so it didn’t bother me too much. Also, the CT fee was 50,000 won, so I didn’t get it taken separately. So I had a nose consultation based only on photos, and perhaps because the doctor has a lot of experience, he still gave a good diagnosis just from the photos. The plan wasn’t much different from other places, so I thought I was right not to get the CT haha. What was unusual is that they said they don’t use a splint after rhinoplasty here and only do taping. I’m not sure when costal cartilage is used, but they said they do it that way when operating with septal cartilage or ear cartilage. Maybe because the hospital had moved not long ago, the facilities were nice, but the atmosphere was a bit chaotic
