The director is so famous for noses that I was already looking forward to the consultation. There was a bit of a wait, but fortunately it was a morning appointment, so they spent enough time with me. Unlike other places, if you use donated rib cartilage they charge an extra 100,000 won for blood tests, and if you use autologous costal cartilage they charge an extra 150,000 won for general anesthesia. The consultation fee was also 30,000 won, which is on the expensive side, but I thought of it as the director's fan meeting fee, so whatever.. The director said he does not particularly like a very pointy nasal tip, so I felt that matched the look I want. I do not know whether he will check my progress well after surgery. He seemed so busy, T_T
