Visited after booking a consultation with Chief Director ㄱㅈㄷ. While checking in at the front desk, I heard staff next to me whispering, “The director went into surgery? But there’s a consultation?” I assumed it must be another director and waited. During the consultation with the consultant, she kept recommending that I consult with Director ㄱㄷㄱ, saying that these days, for eye surgery, Director ㄱㄷㄱ is more popular than Director ㅈㄱㄷ. I figured the conversation I heard at the desk must have been about Director ㄱㅈㄷ, so I decided to have a consultation with Director ㄱㄷㄱ for the time being. The director’s consultation itself was kind and thorough. Other hospitals all talked about an incisional method, but here they recommended natural adhesion. When I asked why, they said that since it was my first surgery, and considering 10 years later, they recommended a non-incisional method. I liked that the recommendation took the future into account. My impression was not that good due to reasons such as the hospital’s poor schedule management, the consultant’s handling of the situation, and charging separately for epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty.
