I had it done without implants and without shaving down the hump, and I’m 90% satisfied. The remaining 10% is some regret that I should have put in just a little silicone on the nasal bridge, and that I should have lowered the nasal tip height just slightly! However, even if I went back, I don’t think I would put in silicone(?) They built the support with donated costal cartilage and placed ear cartilage in the nasal tip. The swelling was also very minimal, and compared with other hospitals, they didn’t even put cotton packing in my nose, so recovery was very comfortable and fast. After one month, I could go about daily life almost freely, and even now, 2-3 years later, the shape is still maintained without nasal tip drooping. + People seeing me for the first time have no idea I had it done.
