I had Kozelko + cartilage tying + silicone surgery with Director Lee. I went to consultations at about 5 places, and B&Young felt the most trustworthy. When I said I wanted to raise my nasal bridge a bit while doing Kozelko, the director also recommended Kozelko and silicone, and honestly explained why they were needed and their pros and cons. On the day of surgery, he explained everything once again before anesthesia, and I think the surgery took a little under 2 hours. The pain was better than I expected, and I had some bruising, but it could be covered with a mask. Maybe because silicone was also inserted, the swelling lasted a bit long, but it started going down noticeably from around week 2. It has been 2 months now, and I’m satisfied because my nasal bridge has become naturally higher and my nasal tip also looks prettier.
