I had alar base reduction and nostril/alar rim lifting, but because of the sutures tied inside, my smile looks unnatural. They basically just reduced my overly large nostril wings horizontally and attached them, so it looks awkward. I suffered from the pulling of the sutures for 2 years, and now I’m suffering because of the shape. I’m currently looking for a hospital again to redo the nostril/alar rim lifting with surgery to widen the nostril wings,, I had the nostril/alar rim lifting done here, but I can’t even tell if there was any lifting effect, and I regret having the alar base reduction. I heard the hospital has closed now too, so I’m angry. In the past, I saw a post by someone who was suffering from this, and I really feel the same pain as that person. To the point where I want to remove the sutures inside. My nostrils are uneven too.
