While looking into a tertiary revision surgery, I wanted to have a consultation with the director, so I made an appointment a week in advance and had the consultation. After taking a CT scan, you have the first consultation with the consultation manager, and then the director consults with you. They review the CT scan in detail. They check the condition and shape of the silicone currently in my nose and point out the problems with my current nose well. I think their aesthetic sense was pretty good. They know how the nasolabial angle and columella should be shaped to make my current nose look different. The consultation manager was also gentle and kind. Being able to view the CCTV footage is also a plus. I think I need to think a bit more about whether the director’s aesthetic sense and surgical technique will suit my bulbous nose.
