I was especially impressed by how they discussed the surgical method and expected results realistically, without exaggeration. When I asked questions, they did not gloss over them and answered each one in detail, which resolved many of my concerns. Overall, the consultation was well organized and focused on the key points without wasting time, so I was satisfied. Both the consultant and the director are extremely kind!
