Review of a plastic surgery clinic in a community

My uneven eyes were stressing me out, so I was looking into revision surgery. Because of work, it was hard for me to travel far, so I came to this place, which is said to be the most famous in Uijeongbu. During the consultation with the director, I was told that they would take care of matching my uneven eyes well, and that if the line was raised too high, the outer corner of the eye could turn upward and make my eyes look harsh, so they would raise it moderately. I had the surgery, but from the day of surgery I felt the lines were uneven. When I asked about it on the day I went to have the stitches removed, I was told not to worry because once all the swelling went down, my eyes would turn out very well. Eleven months later, my eyes were still uneven and the front part was angular, so I went in for an after-service consultation. As soon as I went in, without even looking at my eyes, the director said that everyone’s eyes are uneven. They started showing me photos of celebrities’ eyes, like Kim Tae-hee, Lee Hyori, and Shin Se-kyung, and comparing them with my eyes. I was talking about the difference in the height of my double-eyelid lines, but they kept talking about the position of my eyebrows or the shape of my eyes, saying things that were different from what I was saying. They said I only felt they were uneven because I thought they were uneven, and that the idea that they were uneven had been stuck in my brain from the beginning, and they kept cutting me off. I felt like communication was no longer possible, so I asked them to do an after-service correction to make the higher line similar to the lower side. Then the director said that they had intentionally set only one side (the higher-line side) higher to minimize scarring on my eye, and that if they did it again, it would leave a scar on my eye, so they absolutely could not do it, and that no place would do it for me. (I still don’t understand this either. I was having revision surgery because of uneven eyes, so the fact that they arbitrarily raised the line...) In the end, I couldn’t receive after-service correction. It didn’t seem like they had any intention of doing it in the first place. I regret having it done here so much, so I recommend looking into another hospital.
