I visited to have a stain-like spot on my neck removed. Even though I had a reservation, I think I waited about 20 minutes. The staff and the manager were very kind, and the clinic was spacious and clean. There were a lot of people, and it felt like a factory-style dermatology clinic. During the consultation with the manager, I was told that congenital nevi could not be treated there, so I went back home. But when I consulted the director at another dermatology clinic, I was told it was not a congenital nevus but a café-au-lait spot. It really felt like a factory-style dermatology clinic, so I think it would be good only for simple procedures like laser hair removal when they have promotions.
