I had procedures done by two female doctors. Dr. Kim Ja-young has a very chatty style. When I said I didn't see any effect from Botox, she changed it to Nabota as a courtesy. The other female doctor is quiet, but seems to be very good at the procedure itself. Careful and meticulous. There used to be a doctor at Linovo Clinic's Nampo branch who removed a mole really badly, and after seeing that, this doctor is now treating the scar for free. The service seems pretty good. The front desk staff are a bit disorganized. They also answer Botox prices in a very inconsistent way. The website clearly says Nabota is 30% off, and I had Botox at a discounted price before too, but they first insisted that wasn't the case. (It still says that now.) When I said I had gotten a discount last time, why couldn't they check and confirm it, they kept insisting until finally saying, "Well, it isn't usually applied, but I'll apply it for you.".. The price also differed between asking by KakaoTalk and asking during consultation. ㅇㅅㅇ..? The doctors are good, but the manager and coordinator are kind of lacking
