I was thrown off because they recommended several procedures at once, more than I had expected. They said that to get the nose shape I wanted, an implant would need to be inserted, etc., but they explained all that without first properly asking about the patient's needs or desired direction, so I couldn't trust it (I hadn't even clearly explained the style I wanted). I had a CT scan, but they didn't check it during the consultation (I wondered why they even scanned me).
