After reading consultation reviews about the director, I was a little worried at first, but when I actually had the consultation, the director spoke much more clearly and straightforwardly than I expected, so I ended up trusting them even more. It was impressive how, as soon as they looked at the condition of my eyes, they immediately laid out precise estimates for what direction would be best to proceed in, and I liked that they did not talk around things unnecessarily. A friend had surgery at the same place a few years ago, and even now the line is still clear and natural, so seeing that made me trust them more and led me to come in for a consultation. The consultation atmosphere was not burdensome and felt comfortable, so overall I was satisfied.
