I can proudly say this is the best cosmetic surgery clinic of my life, even though I have only visited six clinics. The doctor is truly the best. It has been about two and a half years since my square-jaw surgery, and I really think I made the right decision. Of course, there is some sagging, so my jawline feels a little uneven, but that is because I gained weight. It seems to have gotten slightly worse as I repeatedly lost and regained weight. Even so, my face shape is much prettier than before. Even at the same highest weight of my life, there was a huge difference between my heaviest point before surgery and my heaviest point after the rebound following surgery. I was slimmer-looking now than when I reached my lowest weight before surgery, so unless people see a photo of me wearing tight clothes then, many think my weight is similar now or even that I am slimmer now;; The face really is the most important... So I think this degree of sagging will be fine if I work hard to lose weight again and continue lifting treatments. I have actually been getting InMode and Shurink regularly, and have seen a lot of improvement. Sagging is the fate of facial-contour surgery..☆ I clearly remember that the consultant was very cheerful at my consultation, and above all, the doctor gave me an extremely meticulous consultation. The doctor very slightly recommended cheekbone surgery because there was some extra width, but when I said I was worried about nonunion and asked what would happen if, because I am clumsy, I bumped into something and developed nonunion, the doctor laughed a lot and immediately withdrew the recommendation, saying I should not do it lolololol. Honestly, now I sometimes think I should have done all three procedures, including the cheekbones and chin, while I was at it.. I am a little regretful.. But I am very happy because I often hear that I have become much prettier than before. It is even better because people think I became slimmer from orthodontic treatment!! I did not actually have especially prominent square angles below my ears, so the doctor said they removed as much cortical bone as possible, and that gave me a huge frontal effect.. From the time the swelling started to subside until now, there has not been a single day I was dissatisfied. When the swelling was going down, I had not lost even 0.1 grams and sometimes had even gained weight, but it was fun because everyone asked whether I had lost weight. Whenever my family happens to look at old photos together, they all applaud and say I have become really pretty and that the money was worth it lololololol. In the past, I felt that my hairstyle choices were limited because of my face shape, but now every hairstyle suits me. Now I just need to succeed at dieting without the yo-yo effect..
