Review of a plastic surgery clinic on a community

Since it was with the head director, it was hard to even get an appointment, so I had booked almost 8 months in advance. But 2 weeks before the consultation, they contacted me saying a surgery schedule had been set and asked me to change my appointment time. I couldn’t understand why they had scheduled the consultation time and surgery time to overlap, so I questioned them, and they just told me to come at the originally booked time. On the day of the consultation, they used the excuse that surgery was delayed and made me wait almost 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I complained to the staff, their expression completely soured and they were unfriendly.... The consultation manager was also quite mechanical, and the director I met after waiting such a long time looked very tired and ended the consultation in a very mechanical way. Since he is someone with a lot of word-of-mouth reputation, I did think the surgical satisfaction would probably be high. I didn’t really want to do fat grafting, but they said satisfaction would be higher only if I also did fat grafting. They said that unlike other hospitals, it is single-cell fat grafting, so there are no side effects.
