Nose Re-Surgery

How is it if you have nasal tip surgery with ear cartilage??

I’ve had nose surgery 3 times so far, but I still haven’t gotten the nose I want Current nose condition: no silicone, the nasal tip was built up with a septal cartilage strut, and I was told the tip shape was also raised by trimming the septal cartilage. But the nasal tip is way too pointy, the cartilage shows through whitish, and especially from the side it’s just a triangle!!!!I went for a revision consultation, and they said they’d remove all the septal cartilage from the nasal tip and replace it with ear cartilage to build it up naturally. The current strut is actually built pretty sturdily though??Is replacing it the right thing to do?And if you build a nasal strut with ear cartilage, can it become pig-like, and is it possible? When I looked up reviews, some people said that after surgery with ear cartilage, it was actually firmer than septal cartilage...(They said they use two pieces of cartilage layered together to make the column sturdy)
