It’s already been 11 months since I had revision eye surgery + double-eyelid line lowering + under-eye fat repositioning + incisional ptosis correction all together!!! Now it has almost completely settled, so there’s no swelling or awkwardness at all, and it just feels like my original eyes. What I’m most satisfied with after having surgery at AB is that my eyes don’t look obviously “done,” but rather look natural, as if they were originally part of my face. After lowering the line, my eye shape definitely became softer, and the slightly sleepy-looking or artificial feeling I had before disappeared completely. These days, I actually hear more often that my impression looks more relaxed. And I was surprised because the effect of the under-eye fat repositioning was much bigger than I expected. Before surgery, the area under my eyes looked hollow and uneven, so I was always told I looked tired, but now the shadows are almost gone and my face looks much brighter. Since it was revision surgery, I was really worried recovery would take a long time, but after actually going through it, it wasn’t very different from my first surgery. The swelling went down faster than I expected, and I was able to return to daily life without difficulty. Now, as more time passes, it feels like it’s becoming more and more natural, so in the end I think I made the right choice getting revision surgery.
