Eye Surgery Reviews

I had double eyelid revision surgery with incisional ptosis correction

This time, I had double eyelid revision surgery. I really thought a lot about revision surgery because I didn’t like the eyes I had done before and because they looked uneven. At first, I wondered if it was because of swelling, but even as time passed, the difference kept showing and my eyes ended up looking uneven. Even when drawing eyeliner, it was so hard to match both sides that I think I kept fixing, erasing, and repeating it every time I did my makeup lol So in the end, I started looking into double eyelid revision surgery, went to consultations at a few places, and had the revision surgery done. This time, I had the line redesigned, and also had incisional ptosis correction and canthoplasty together. Since it was a revision surgery, I was really worried, but after actually getting it done, the part I’m most satisfied with is that the unevenness between my eyes has been corrected. One side’s line was low, so the eye size itself looked different, but now the lines on both sides are symmetrical, so I like it. Since I had incisional ptosis correction together, my eye-opening strength also improved, so my eyes look bigger. It’s definitely easier when doing makeup too, and now my eyes look defined even if I only fill in the mucous membrane, so my getting-ready time has been reduced a lot. Even though it was double eyelid revision surgery, I felt reassured about the swelling, and now it has gone down even more, so it has settled in more naturally~ The best part is that the stress I used to feel about my eyes every time I looked in the mirror is gone haha
