Dite Plastic Surgery Breast Augmentation Day 7

Slim body type, hybrid (thigh liposuction), inframammary incision, dual-plane, Motiva left/right 285 cc (Please understand the informal tone) Consultation: Director Lee Jun-wook at Dite Plastic Surgery was kind and explained things calmly, and did not push anything excessively. He recommended an implant choice suited to my body type and a natural-looking volume, so I trusted him and decided to proceed. When I asked the manager about pain after surgery, she said Director Lee Jun-wook’s surgical method involves minimal dissection and rapid hemostasis, so there is almost no pain. I was skeptical, but it was true lol Day of surgery – Arrived at the hospital, changed clothes, put on disposable underwear, tied my hair, washed my face, and waited. After the manager reconfirmed the consultation details and I signed the consent form, the director checked the exact measurements and design. I waited in a private room, then moved to the operating room. After greeting the anesthesiologist, I fell asleep right away. When I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room, with no chills and no sore throat. I only felt pressure on my ribs and had no particular pain. After coming home and sitting down, I felt so normal that I could barely tell I had surgery. But when using my arms, I felt a stiff, muscle-ache-like soreness. With help from my husband and daughter, I played queen. Days 1–2 - When walking, the area near the inframammary incision and my armpits felt stiff, and I couldn’t walk quickly. It felt a bit stiffer than yesterday. I couldn’t put on outerwear by myself. My daughter washed my hair for me. Day 3 – Went to work (a 15-minute walk normally took over 30 minutes), felt stiff with every step, and since I couldn’t put on outerwear by myself, I wore it at the office all day. Afternoon hospital visit: taping removal, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, swelling care, wearing a compression bra, and they taught me stretches. After practicing, my arms lifted well (I could slowly raise both arms overhead), so I could wash my hair too. I have sensation in my breasts and nipples. Days 4–5 – If I walked quickly or suddenly ate a lot, the epigastric area hurt. My arms were free to move. Until now, I slept sitting at a 45-degree angle. Still playing queen up to this point. Days 6–7 – Light dishwashing or housework that doesn’t use the arms much is possible. Slept lying down for the first time. I can get up by myself. Day 7 hospital visit: hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Capsulitis, stitch removal, then the director checked my progress. I only wear the upper band when sleeping. There isn’t much major discomfort in daily life (except laundry or lifting heavy things). There is still a lot of swelling and a tight, firm feeling. I think I’ll slowly become the maid now... I also thought and thought about this for several years after giving birth. I read a lot about side effects too, so the decision wasn’t easy, but with my husband encouraging me to do it while I’m even one year younger, I made a big decision, and I’m very satisfied. (My husband says he still hasn’t gotten used to it haha) I think I’d do it even if I were born again lol The pain I had worried about after surgery was almost nonexistent. Still, I think help from family is definitely necessary~ For those with surgery coming up, everything will go well without pain~~ Fighting!!
