Immediately after surgery to 1 week (the hellish phase) First, on day 2 after surgery, I removed the gauze and changed into a supportive bra. But each clinic seemed to say slightly different things about when showering is allowed, so I was confused, but I just played it safe and followed what my clinic told me to do lol In the beginning, honestly... when getting up, raising my arms, lying down, basically every movement hurts. I took painkillers every 5-6 hours, but that muscle-ache feeling still didn’t really go away. Around the scar area and upper breasts, the sensation felt kind of numb and dazed, like the anesthesia hadn’t fully worn off? But after a week, the swelling went down and it became much more bearable. Tip - buy nipple patches in advance The clinic tells you to keep wearing the supportive bra for about a month and to apply nipple patches, right? For everyone planning breast surgery, I recommend stocking up on these in advance. They’re seriously essential! Current state at 2 months Now the texture has become much softer, and the side-line volume is seriously insane lol I’m extremely satisfied because it looks natural. There’s still a sensitive tingling feeling, but now I can wear wireless bras too, and daily life is not affected at all. I’ve been consistently using scar ointment and managing the swelling, and I can really feel the recovery speed improving.
