After the long, long one-month recovery period passed, I started to feel a bit more alive, so I came here to leave a review~!!!! For reference, I have kind of a Shiba Inu-like?! personality, so I’m whiny + anxious + a bit prone to acting sicker than I am + extremely cautious, so please keep that in mind♥
First of all, after surgery, until about weeks 2–3, the swelling all over my body was really severe My stomach got as round and firm as a pregnant belly, and since I’m naturally the type who swells easily, my face swelled, my stomach swelled, and my hands, feet, and legs all swelled up, so I looked like the Michelin tire...? Anyway, my feet were so swollen and chubby that I could barely walk around
Because the swelling was so bad, I drank a lot of water, bought and took swelling medication, walked around little by little, and only within limits that weren’t too much! Maybe the medication helped a bit, because after that the swelling went down really fast!
I also diligently applied stretch mark cream, tried not to use my arms as much as possible except for holding my phone, wore my bra properly, and since even lying down was hard, I bought a recliner chair and slept sitting up until week 3. Since I’m such a whiner and someone who acts sicker than I am, it was honestly too hard to lie down by myself.. I think I was like, rather than groaning while trying to lie down, I’ll just give up on my neck and shoulders..!
I went for hospital follow-ups at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month, and maybe because I received capsular care each time I went, at first my breasts were like massively exploding nuclear-warhead-level hard boobs, but now that a little over a month has passed, when I gently touched them, they’ve become pretty soft!! Everyone, please make sure to keep up with your aftercare
Going from my old flat, stuck-on boobs to big boobs makes me feel kind of pleased, so I do keep looking in the mirror..
There’s still more recovery left, so I’ll need to keep taking care of them and be careful, but my satisfaction right now is thuuumbs up! If you’re curious about anything, ask me!
