What I have felt so far after surgery at RU Plastic Surgery is, first, that there has been a major external change and that I like the shape of my nose. My side profile has a line that is much more defined than before surgery, and from the front, my upturned nose has been corrected, making my impression look clearer. Before, because my nasal bridge was low, the frames of my glasses or sunglasses would touch my cheeks, but now they don’t.. haha At my recent one-month follow-up appointment, I looked at the before-and-after photos together with Director Kim Hyun-joo and had a detailed consultation about precautions and future care methods. She also said that the remaining swelling between my eyebrows and the firmness of my nasal tip will gradually soften, and that the scar tissue that formed from the revision rhinoplasty will slowly settle, so stable care is needed until 6 months. Seeing Director Kim Hyun-joo carefully check on patients at every appointment, not only for the nose surgery itself but also during aftercare, made me feel her warm consideration for patients.
