I switched to autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty for my third nose surgery, so I’m leaving a review

Both of my previous nose surgeries used silicone, but both times it ended up crooked.. After the first surgery, I developed asymmetry that I didn’t have before, and even after revision surgery it became crooked again. I also had a sound coming from my nose, so I went to an ENT clinic and they said it was a septal perforation. This time, I felt I definitely had to do rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. I went to three consultations. I went to First Button and Mind, and lastly I went to It’s B. The doctor is an ENT specialist, so the explanation of the nasal structure was detailed. They said they could do septal reconstruction and perforation correction together, and because it seemed like they had seen many revision-of-revision cases, I felt I could trust them. Since it was autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty and they said they would use only my own body tissue, I felt relieved. For the surgery, they used autologous costal cartilage, fascia, ear cartilage, and even a skin graft, and they also did nasal tip lengthening and lowering plus correction of the crooked nose, so it took quite a while. They said they would reinforce things as much as possible because my skin is thin and the implant/structure could show through. They corrected the upturned nose too and made the pinched-looking feeling rounder. During recovery, my nostrils came out with a nicely rounded, full-looking shape, which is exactly what I wanted. Since it’s autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty, there’s no foreign-body sensation when I touch it. The swelling is still going down, but I can see the line gradually settling, so I’m looking forward to it. I was really worried because it was my third nose surgery, but I think it turned out well this time.
