I had revision rhinoplasty with Director Jeong Dong-woo at Honesty Plastic Surgery. For this surgery, autologous costal cartilage, silicone (custom implant), dermis, and periosteum were used. I also had long-nose correction and cat surgery done together. My first rhinoplasty was 4 years ago, but over time my nasal tip drooped a lot. From the consultation, I told them I wanted the most natural-looking straight-to-curved line possible. After the surgery, it really didn’t hurt at all, and I definitely think that was thanks to the director’s skill. They also provided hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it looks once more time passes, the swelling goes down, and everything settles. I’m 3 months post-op now, and it feels like it has settled much more naturally than before. It’s so convenient that I don’t have to worry about angles when taking photos. The swelling has almost all gone down, so I’m very satisfied with my nose line.
