People around me told me not to get double eyelid surgery, but I went ahead and got non-incisional surgery at VN

My eyes are relatively long horizontally, so people around me often told me that even with monolids, they were pretty attractive But I really, really like eyes with double eyelids,, and more than anything, my eye shape looked so gloomy(?) depressed(?) that I got double eyelid surgery Instead, I went to VN, where they said non-incisional surgery was possible 🥲🥲 The surgery was natural adhesion with a non-incisional method, and I had ptosis correction done together. Since I had Mongolian folds, I also had medial epicanthoplasty and upper epicanthoplasty!! The double eyelid line is settling exactly as Director Kim Tae-hoon designed it for me, and I honestly debated about the ptosis correction, but I think I’m glad I did it,, I didn’t know opening my eyes without using my forehead could be this comfortable 🥲 Now even when I wear contact lenses, my eyes don’t get tired,,, Before surgery, when I occasionally did full makeup, I used double eyelid tape to make a line?? But when I mentioned that during consultations, some places didn’t examine me properly just because I had used double eyelid tape and recommended incisional or partial-incisional surgery instead,, Most of those places also finished the consultation in 5 minutes, so everyone should look carefully before deciding lol Good reviews aren’t everything,, I think a truly good hospital is one that feels good based entirely on what I personally experience when I go for the consultation. I thought a semi-out or out-fold would feel too much, so I didn’t do that,, The director said the space between my eyes and eyebrows is on the narrow side, so he designed a 10 mm in-out line for me!! He said that to make the eyes look bigger, double eyelid surgery alone isn’t enough, and canthoplasty plus ptosis correction need to be included appropriately,, Since it was my first surgery, I wondered if I was doing too much? but yeah,, they were all surgeries I needed,, 🥲 If I had skipped even one, I think I would have felt really, really regretful now,,, The post-op photos were taken at one month, but honestly around one week?? the inner corners of my eyes got quite red, so I was really worried,, I asked the clinic too, and they said it was most likely because of the canthoplasty, and if I was worried, they could give me a scar-tissue injection,, But after watching it for a few more days, it got better, so in the end I didn’t get the injection hahaha,, I was also a little scared of the injection,, Still, just knowing there was a solution was comforting After getting double eyelid surgery, I kind of wonder why I hadn’t gotten cosmetic surgery until now Recently I met my friends, and they thought I had come with double eyelid tape on,, I guess that’s how natural it looked!! Other than the redness that came up, I really didn’t have much bruising or swelling, and it came out well as the in-out line I wanted, so I’m satisfied 🥲🩷 The definite advantages of non-incisional surgery!! = fast recovery, it barely shows when you close your eyes, and there isn’t much pain!!! For everyone scared of double eyelid surgery, I really, really, super strongly recommend non-incisional surgery,, But go somewhere with lots of non-incisional reviews Otherwise, I heard the fixation can be too weak, so the chance of needing revision surgery becomes higher,, But I really, really like my line right now. Is there a chance it could get lower from here,,? When I asked the director at the follow-up check, he said there wouldn’t be a big difference from now, but since I’m just past one month, I’m asking just in case 🥲
