Motiva Preservé Review

[Review] 1-week review of Dite Preservé (Director Lee Jun-wook / Hybrid)📍 Surgery information• At consultation: planned left 245 or 230 / right 265• Actual surgery: left 265 / right 245 (the director optimally changed it during surgery to suit my body shape!)• Hybrid (implant + thigh fat grafting)🏥 Day of surgerySince my surgery was the first slot at 10:30 a.m., I arrived early. Before surgery, I had another consultation with Director Lee Jun-wook, and when I told him I was worried about a lump in my left breast, he checked it again with ultrasound and reassured me.After looking again at the shape of my chest bones and my actual size, he designed it and said he would try the sizes directly during surgery and decide. After photos were taken for the thigh fat grafting, I went straight into surgery. I woke up and tried to shake off the anesthesia, then moved to a private recovery room, rested a bit more, ate porridge, learned arm stretches, and was discharged. 🗓️ Days 1-2: • Same day: The tissue was extremely swollen, so there was a strong pulling sensation on both sides. It was not painful enough to feel like I was dying; more like throbbing, tingling, and “ugh!” I was sleepy, so I kept sleeping and took one Taxen. It felt a little uncomfortable when getting up. • Day 2: My breasts were more swollen, but the throbbing decreased. Still, they felt very tight, so I moved very carefully. My left breast pain was manageable enough that I could go out during the day, eat, and take about a 20-minute walk. Surprisingly, the thigh fat-grafting areas did not hurt!🗓️ Days 3-4: • Day 3: When I woke up in the morning, my body felt much lighter. I even managed to wash my hair by myself! I went for my first follow-up on Monday, and after the tape was removed, I felt like I could finally live. I also walked for about an hour and a half.• Day 4: Daily life was 100% possible. However, I had tingling in my left breast, so I mainly used my right hand, and I felt pulling near the armpit area, so I kept doing stretches regularly.🗓️ Days 5-7• Day 5: All movements became comfortable except for quick movements.• Day 7: I finally went to the clinic, had the stitches removed, and could shower fully! There is still swelling in the upper breasts, but the heaviness has decreased, and I can see myself getting better day by day. I think I just need to be careful with pulling force from my arms.I think the real advantage of Preservé is that from day 3, I could go out for appointments and do all my daily activities. Because the director flexibly changed the implant sizes during surgery to suit my body shape, I’m even more excited for the results. I want the swelling to go down quickly so I can wear pretty clothes!
