Implants: Motiva Demi right 265, left 300 + planned hybrid (thigh) + inframammary fold / dual-plane Original specs: bust 74, rib cage 68, breast pocket width 11.5 I wanted to improve how clothes fit, so after thinking about it for a long time, I made up my mind. After the consultation, I found out my breasts were uneven, so I decided to have surgery. I had the surgery while having a mild head cold. But the cold kept getting worse, so I struggled during recovery… Everyone, please do it when you are in your best condition. [Surgery day] After the surgery ended, I drank the pumpkin porridge and water they gave me, breathed in oxygen diligently, and recovered quickly. I learned the stretches they taught me, listened to the explanations, and went straight to the accommodation I had booked nearby. From the time I left the hospital, I gradually started feeling pressure and became a bit tired. The hybrid area hurt at first, but then it got better, so I’m just staying comfortable now! It may be because the pain in my breasts is greater than in my thighs. Having a guardian or not really seems to make a huge difference… I’m reflecting on myself for thinking of having surgery alone [Day 1] Because of the upper band, I felt stuffy, nauseous, and like something was stuck, so I struggled. Tomorrow I plan to go as early as possible to have the taping removed. When I burped, it felt a little better for a moment, so I forced myself to burp while drinking water. A little tip, I guess… It felt like someone kept doing CPR on me. The pressure was just so hard to deal with. My nose was blocked, so I couldn’t equalize, and it really felt like my eardrums were going to tear, so I gave up halfway through the hyperbaric oxygen therapy and only got SmartLux. ⭐️ Tip ⭐️ When getting up, kneel first and then stand up! Then you’re getting up almost entirely with leg strength, so it’s safer. [Day 2] Somehow I slept for a few hours and went to remove the taping! I put on the corrective bra, had all the taping removed, and they said I could finally shower my lower body cleanly! They lightly applied oil so the skin wouldn’t rub against the tape marks (I plan to wash it off slowly while showering separately at home), and they answered my barrage of questions again. Yesterday I carefully picked and took a bit of cold medicine, and my nasal congestion got better, so I succeeded with hyperbaric oxygen at a lower pressure! The stuffiness improved, but the upper band is still uncomfortable, and they said that if swelling comes and goes now, the skin can rub and become difficult… But they said this is an important period for shaping, so I decided to endure it diligently! [Day 3] I stretched diligently and succeeded in washing my hair! I think I struggled through day 3 because the swelling made me feel so stuffy [Day 4] I’m eating well and sleeping well. I’m still sleeping sitting up, but my back hurts and my body is slowly getting sore, so I’m planning to try sleeping lying down! I decided to focus on applying cream and wearing the compression band diligently. [Day 5] I tried sleeping lying down, but since I could only sleep straight on my back, my body felt so stiff that I woke up in the middle, slept leaning back, and kept going back and forth a lot [Day 7] I went to the hospital early, had the stitches removed, and the director briefly checked my condition before leaving. I asked about various things I was curious about, and everyone explained kindly, so I felt reassured! They said that starting today, they’ll add care called Capsulitis, which helps improve the feel! They said I can shower now, but it’s still best to finish within 10 minutes. At first I wondered if I had gone too small and whether I should have gone bigger, but when I showered on day 7 and looked, I felt like they had done it well to suit my body type, so I’m very satisfied! There’s still a lot of upper fullness, so I plan to wear the upper band diligently. I’m looking forward to each next day! I hope one month passes quickly.
