I went for revision consultations at Banana, Vibe, and Respect, and I put down deposits at Banana and Vibe, but I can’t decide. Banana quoted 6.7 million KRW for bulbous nose correction + nasolabial angle correction + nasal tip peak correction + osteotomy (shaving down the bones beside the nasal bridge) + alar reduction. Vibe quoted 6.6 million KRW for silicone implant replacement + bulbous nose correction + short nose correction + osteotomy, and they said we should look after the revision and also do alar reduction if needed. Respect quoted 9.9 million KRW, but the cost is too burdensome, so I’m passing on it. I’d like more improvement from the front than from the side. My original nose was a high bulbous nose with thick skin, but during my first surgery they put in a 4.5 mm silicone implant extending long all the way to the nasal tip, so there was almost no change from the front (the bulbous nose correction wasn’t done at all), and only the side profile became higher. It feels like it only makes it obvious I had rhinoplasty, so I decided on a revision. I hope this will be my last surgery, but I can’t decide between Banana and Vibe. If there are places other than Banana or Vibe that are good at male rhinoplasty, please recommend them. I’ll attach photos of my current nose too.
