Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

I had two types of facial contouring (cheekbones, square jaw) at a plastic surgery clinic.

Time really feels like it’s passing quickly. Compared to the 1-month mark, the swelling has gone down a little more, and the pain has almost disappeared. Sometimes, if I spend a long time eating, I do feel a slight throbbing or tingling sensation, but it’s not severe and it feels like it’s gradually decreasing. My mouth still doesn’t open very wide, so it is a little uncomfortable when eating. Because of that, I naturally eat more slowly and am being careful with food. Still, at this point I’m able to eat things like tender meat. Sensation feels like it has returned about 30%, and the right side feels like it’s coming back a little more slowly than the left. Even so, I can feel sensation returning, so I’m not too worried. I also had masseter muscle reduction done, and my old habit of clenching my teeth has decreased a lot. The jaw pain I used to have when waking up has almost disappeared too, so I’m satisfied with that part as well. Looking again now at the 2-month mark, my cheekbone line has definitely become softer, and I hear a lot that my overall impression has become much gentler. People around me also say that the cheekbone reduction seems to have been a really good decision, so I think my satisfaction is even higher. The swelling has not completely gone down yet, so I’m looking forward to the line becoming even more naturally refined from here on.
