Before surgery, I wanted my nasal bridge line to look a bit more refined. Rather than something too flashy or thin-looking, I wanted a straight-nose direction that was overall closer to a straight line while maintaining a masculine impression. Since I work in sales, I often see people up close, so my priority was not a change that looked too obvious, but refining only the nose line while keeping my overall impression. I had a consultation about costal cartilage rhinoplasty with Director Lee Gi-jin at ID Hospital and went ahead with the surgery. I felt it was a good direction for people who want to refine their nose line while naturally maintaining a masculine impression. Even at the 1-month mark, the change does not look excessive and looks clean, so I think I am satisfied.
