I had surgery here because the consultation was good, but the aftercare was terrible, and the doctor’s and manager’s attitudes before and after surgery were completely different. I never made a scene, but when I said my needs hadn’t been reflected and that I wanted revision surgery, both the doctor and the manager were really cold toward me. Even on the day of surgery, they said some filming crew was coming, so I waited for a long time, but they didn’t say a single word of apology. I’m not sure if I’m the only one who went through this or if they do this to other patients too, but I had lower and lateral canthoplasty together, and even when I look at the before-and-after photos, I can’t tell the difference. My eyes just feel stinging, they get bloodshot easily, and I was also dumbfounded that they suddenly asked for an additional fee on the day of surgery
