When I first had double eyelid surgery, I was told lateral canthoplasty would close back up, so I couldn’t do it. This is my review after getting lateral canthoplasty 10 years later! First, I had it done at a clinic, and I researched here, went for an in-person consultation, and proceeded with it. I just suddenly felt like I really couldn’t keep living while seeing my eyes look small anymore, and I wanted to relieve my appearance-related dysmorphia, so I did it, and I’m sooo satisfied. Seriously. Putting everything else aside, circle lenses with a diameter over 12.8 used to not suit me and honestly looked really bad, but now even 13 looks pretty on me...... I’m the type who swells easily, so I took a long time to recover and had a hard time, but even so, if you asked me, “Would you go back and do it again?” my answer would be yes yes yes yes. Before, even when I opened my eyes as wide as possible, my irises still weren’t fully visible, but now they are. Yay
