Review of Hump Nose Surgery (Named Rhinoplasty)

* Surgery date: September 23, 2025* Reason for surgery: My hump nose was quite severe, so it even made my midface look long. Especially from a 45-degree angle, I disliked being seen or taking photos because the hump was severe, and the nasal tip drooping was also significant, so I decided to have surgery. * Desired shape: I wanted it to look as natural as possible. So I went ahead with surgery thinking it was enough to improve the parts I considered my complexes, to the point that I was okay even if the hump did not completely disappear. At first, I learned about Dr. Lee Byung-jun through YouTube, and I felt that he seemed truly dedicated to hump nose cases, so I had a consultation and proceeded with the surgery. * Surgical materials: Since I already had some nasal bridge height, I did not use silicone or autologous costal cartilage, and only septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip area. * Surgery review: Once the hump disappeared, the masculine image went away, and as the nasal tip was lifted, my midface became shorter. Because of that, people around me even asked whether I had work done on my whole face, not just my nose; changing just my nose also changed how large my face looked. * Satisfaction: The doctor made my nose exactly in the shape I had imagined. It is a nose shape that did not deviate at all from what I had in mind, so my satisfaction is 100%. Dr. Lee Byung-jun seemed to aim for a natural shape rather than an overly operated-looking nose. During the consultation, I was surprised because he accurately pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of my nose and face, as well as the proportions, exactly as I had thought. And since the doctor and I had the same aesthetic sense for the nose, I proceeded with surgery, and I have no regrets. After seeing my nose, many friends around me said they wanted to have surgery with Dr. Lee Byung-jun too, so a lot of them booked consultations. Also, he showed strong confidence in taking responsibility for aftercare, so I trusted that part as well. * 2 months: There was still swelling in my nose, so it looked slightly plump beside the nasal bridge, and until 2 months, it was a little uncomfortable to make facial expressions using my nose. Maybe because the surgical area had not fully settled, I felt a pulling sensation in the tissue when yawning or sneezing. * 6 months: Much of the fine swelling around my nose has gone down, so it definitely looks more natural than before. And when I move my nose, the pulling sensation has almost disappeared, so it does not interfere with daily life. I am writing this review because it is a clinic I was so satisfied with that I would recommend it to all my friends and family.
