Paranasal augmentation (Director Bae Jae-hyun): Consultation with a director specializing in facial contouring. The plan is to use ready-made 6 mm silicone, trim it to fit the shape of the tooth roots, and fix it with screws.
Nose (Director Ahn Seung-gi): I was exhausted because the wait was long, but after the consultation, I felt much more open to it. He understood exactly my need of “I don’t want it to look obvious that I had plastic surgery,” and while looking at photos, he carefully planned a non-implant approach. He also explained how the nasal tip would be connected while looking at the CT, so I was the most satisfied with this consultation.
Additional suggestion: I was recommended double-chin liposuction + muscle tying, and when I said I was concerned about my anterior cheeks, they said they would graft the removed fat into my anterior cheeks. But I’m worried because I live far away and would have to visit repeatedly for postoperative care
