First of all, the director is kind, and the consultation manager is kind too. I’m looking into lowering my nasal line and reducing my nostril width, and they recommended septal cartilage and ear cartilage. But I’m worried that if I use ear cartilage, it might droop quickly. I think one advantage is that they don’t put cotton inside the nose. But they said the anesthesia would be sedation and that they would wake me up from time to time, so I’m a little scared.....
