I’m on day 10 after surgery. I’ve had multiple revision rhinoplasties, and I deeply, deeply regret having it done at this clinic. For the side line and columella, I wanted a softly rounded look that comes slightly downward, not a sharply cut-off look as if it had been sliced, but they made the front view rounded instead. They made my nose look bulbous, with no slim feeling at all. For noses that turned out well, no matter what review I look at, when the splint is removed, the nasal tip has a slim feeling and the structure is clearly visible. But no matter how I look at my nose, the structure feels like a bulbous nose, so I’ve wasted money, I’m suffering now, and I can’t sleep well either. They say it’s because of swelling, but it’s not like I’ve only had rhinoplasty once or twice. Originally, the nasal tip doesn’t have much flesh, so even if there is swelling, the structure is visible. Even looking at it now while it’s swollen, the structure looks way too thick. Before surgery, I gave them photos of what I wanted and said that the front view was important to me too and asked them to make it feel like that. Before I paid the deposit, they seemed confident, but ahㅠㅜㅜㅠㅠ Thinking about how I wasted time and money, how I have to live with this nose until another revision, and how I’ll have to suffer through another revision surgery, I’m so stressed. If you want the pretty nose shape you want, just go to a plastic surgery clinic, everyone. This place just makes a natural bulbous noseㅠ The side-view height also looks like there’s a step-off, as if the nasal tip has been slightly absorbed. Once the swelling goes down and it absorbs, I think it’ll become the same as before.
