6-Month Review After Facial Contouring Surgery

It has already been 6 months since my surgery. I remember searching through so many reviews when I was considering surgery before, so I’m leaving an honest review in case it helps someone.

I was stressed because my overall face shape looked blunt, and since my chin tended to look long, I especially felt that my side profile wasn’t pretty. Even when taking photos, I was concerned that my facial proportions somehow looked awkward.

So I had chin tip + jawline contouring done together.

Honestly, right after surgery wasn’t easy. There was quite a bit of swelling, and especially around the chin, the stiff, aching feeling lasted for a long time.

From around the 3-month mark, I heard a lot of people say that my facial line had clearly changed. Once the jawline looked more refined, my face felt much softer and cleaner.

Now it feels like it has settled naturally, almost like my own face. As the length of my chin tip became more balanced, my overall facial proportions improved a lot.

The thing I hear most often is, “Something looks different, but it looks natural.” Rather than looking obviously surgically altered, it feels like my face shape has been refined, so personally I’m quite satisfied.
