Has anyone here ever had a nasal valve spreader graft removed, or had a consultation about it? Could you please share any information you know? Do they usually tend not to remove spreader grafts? If this is left in, does the foreign-body sensation or hardness? stay as it is? I want to remove everything as much as possible without leaving anything behind and return to my natural nose. Please recommend hospitals that would consider complete removal even for a nose that has had a lot of manipulation This is what was written on my chart: 5 mm silicone on the nasal bridge / septal extension / spreader graft / septal cartilage, ear cartilage / deviated septum / inferior turbinate I had it done at a plastic surgery clinic, not an ENT clinic. I really want to have everything removed safely..
