I booked surgery for complete removal.. Honestly, I want to just remove everything and feel relieved, but because of possible shape changes, I keep wondering if I should leave the nasal tip For everyone who had removal, is your nasal tip a bit higher or slimmer than your original nose? Or is it in worse condition than your original nose..? If I could just go back to around my original nose, I think I’d definitely remove everything.. Complete removal feels too unsettling, but if I leave something in, I feel like I might regret it later, so I’m really torn
