Review of philtrum reduction to the maximum and revision rhinoplasty!

When I had my first rhinoplasty, I didn’t like either the height or the shape. Compared with when I was in my 20s, my philtrum had sagged endlessly too.. After double-jaw surgery, my philtrum got even longer I felt like there was no real answer for the philtrum with procedures other than surgery! A lot of celebrities get the surgery too, and when I compared two places, I liked this one much more, including the review photos. During the consultation, I also really liked how confident Director Jung Seung-il was, and he showed me a lot of scar cases after surgery. Unlike what I had looked up, the scar was only about the level of a regular rhinoplasty scar! There were more celebrities who had surgery here than I had found in my own research. I don’t really know them, but there were quite a few influencers too haha! I’m in my 40s now haha! Before surgery, I just looked about my age, and after double-jaw surgery I even felt like I looked older instead.. From the day after surgery, I could immediately see that my philtrum had shortened, so it felt like I had gone back to my 20s After removing the splint and from about a week later, I seriously took photos and looked in the mirror every day, and I kept smiling. The scar was honestly much, much better than I expected, and to be honest, I don’t really like strongly recommending plastic surgery, but if someone is aging like me and has similar concerns, I’d definitely want to tell them to get philtrum reduction Rather than feeling like my whole face became completely different, it feels like I found my younger face again. Maybe that’s why my satisfaction is extremely high. After passing my 30s and entering my 40s, my self-esteem as a woman dropped, and even looking in the mirror made me sad, but now I often think age doesn’t matter, and I’m just happy when I look in the mirror!!
